If you have a County Court Judgment (CCJ) or an Employment Tribunal award, but are struggling to be paid, rivington associates can 'transfer-up' your judgment to the High Court for enforcement.
Sheriffs (High Court) Enforcement Officers. Sheriffs are employed by H.M. Government and are likely to be solicitors or legal professionals.
They then employ HCEO's to execute warrants issued by the High Court.
Thanks to law changes in April 2010, it is now possible for Employment Tribunal Awards or County Court Judgements (CCJs) to be enforced by High Court Enforcement Officers, in a process sometimes known as 'fast-track' enforcement.
